We talk about the causes, symptoms and treatment of depression.  We will also discuss ways to deal with depression and depressive thinking, the role of medications and ways to prevent relapse.

Cancellations:  In the case of bad weather and/or if schools have been cancelled, the education sessions will be cancelled. The education sessions will be held in the order given.
