These free educational sessions will be open to the general public. Each session is self-
contained (1½- 2 hours) and will provide handout materials.
Mind Body Renewal Series 2010
Sessions Include: Managing Depression, Dealing with Loss, Understanding Anxiety in Adults, Intro to Mindfulness Meditation, Stress Management, Emotional Freedom Technique, Deep Relaxation, Problem-Solving Skills, Self-Esteem, and Healthy Relationships.

We offer free individual, family and group services on an Outpatient, Inpatient, and Community basis. Services are provided by licensed professional staff.
All appropriate requests for services will receive an assessment to determine what assistance is needed.
